The Mayor and Council of Atkinson on March 3 approved Resolution 25-02 designating the financial institutions that will hold city deposits and establishing authorized personnel and required signatures. Chuck Asher moved the resolution and Jerry Osborne seconded; the roll-call vote was recorded as unanimous among present members.
