City Manager Jeff told council that Human Resources is developing an RFP for a wage-and-salary study, adding, "The city has not completed one since prior to COVID." He said Cordele recently completed a study and will share its "nuts and bolts" so Tifton can benchmark its competitiveness in the local labor market.
