Mayor Paul F. Marnecheck used his report to update council on several local infrastructure and community items. He said the York/Albion intersection signal timing has been adjusted to prioritize northbound traffic during morning rush and southbound traffic in the evening, and that Chief Tarase and administration staff will continue to fine-tune the timing.
