At its Jan. 9 meeting the Franklin County Legislative Committee elected Tyler Bauer chairman in a unanimous vote. The committee also approved several routine items before adjourning at 5:44 p.m.

Tyler Bauer, Commissioner, was elected chairman of the Franklin County Legislative Committee during the committee's Jan. 9 meeting after a nomination and unanimous vote. Sharon Byrum, the committee secretary, called for a motion to elect a new chairman; "Motion made by Schultz to nominate Tyler Bauer as Chairman and second by Hosch. All Ayes. Motion carried."
