The City of Keystone Heights Planning and Zoning session convened at 6:00 p.m. on Sept. 15, 2025. Dr. John Zieser called the meeting to order, led the invocation, and James Booth, the interim city manager, conducted roll call. Present were Dr. John Zieser (Chairman), Steve Hart, Carrie Mullins and Dr. Geraldine Robbins; Gregory Gay was recorded as absent.
