The Malabar Town Council on Sept. 3 approved a consent-agenda procurement using State of Florida Contract DMS‑19/20‑006 with Verizon One Talk to replace the town’s telephone system and devices. The consent agenda also included approval of minutes from the Aug. 17 meeting and passed on a 5‑0 vote.
