The Alhambra City Council received a presentation and approved eligibility ranges for a proposed Workforce Housing Program developed under Housing Element Program 11. Director of Community Development Ho and Dima Galkin of Harris Associates presented program components, potential partnerships (including the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments) and funding strategies drafted through SCAG REAP 2.0 support.
