The Gregg County Commissioners Court approved a series of contracts and renewals to modernize records management in the county clerk’s office. The county clerk presented multi‑year contracts with Cofile to image and index deed of trust volumes and county court minute books as part of an approved budget. Purchasing staff confirmed that these contracts are funded through special accounts and are part of the clerk’s approved budget.
