The Carter County Commission approved a change order on Aug. 17 that raises the White Rocks Tower Site Access Road Improvements project to $1,344,500. The motion (moved by Julie Guinn, seconded by Avery Wynn) approved a $855,800 change order to address unforeseen quantity overruns and roadbed stabilization needs identified during construction.
