Myrtle Creek City Council approved the first reading of Ordinance 862 on Oct. 1, 2024. The ordinance would amend Chapter 3.20 (System Development Charges) and repeal Ordinances 728 and 704. Councilor Robert Chaney moved the first reading and Councilor Diana Larson seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
