Committee members were provided with copies of the previously approved 'Implementation of the Program' and the Property Maintenance Code for information and review, intended to guide enforcement activity and inspections. The minutes state, "Copies of the previously approved Implementation of the Program were distributed to the committee" and that members were given copies of the Property Maintenance Code.
