Assistant Manager Devan Ambron presented a package of escrow releases for board consideration, citing five projects that staff recommended for release. The list included the Milford Village Stonewall Apartments (Route 663) conditional‑use final escrow release; Nace Minor Subdivision (Centennial Acquisitions LP, 1865 Allentown Road) final escrow release; Turn 14 Distribution (Rosenberger Road) final escrow release; Rotho Blaas (2075 Rosenberger Road) conditional‑use final escrow release; and Last Chance Ranch Inc. (Allentown Road) conditional‑use final escrow releases.
