Board approves development waivers, escrow release and conditional final plan
The board approved a SALDO waiver for Pocono Logistics to use stone pavement in lieu of paving, waived pavilion fees for two groups, released $35,198.85 in escrow for Phase 2 of The Spirit of Swiftwater, and approved a conditional final plan for Phase 3 PRD 'The Ridge.'

The board approved several development‑related items on June 15. Commissioners voted to grant Pocono Logistics a SALDO waiver (§390‑59D) to use a stone pavement area in lieu of paving based on the Planning Commission recommendation, and approved pavilion fee waivers for NEPA 10‑13 Club and the Girl Scouts of Pennsylvania.
