The Miami Shores Village Code Enforcement Board voted to enter summary adjudication in multiple first‑hearing cases where alleged violators did not appear. The board applied staff recommendations, set time periods for correction and authorized retroactive daily fines that would constitute a lien on the property if the violations are not corrected.
