The Planning Board tabled a building notification from Edward Hall to construct a 30‑by‑60‑foot garage with an attached 8‑by‑23‑foot lean‑to at 47 Upper Sumner Hill Road. Taylor Moore of Western Maine Excavation attended to complete the notification on behalf of Mr. Hall; the board asked that Mr. Hall supply a plot plan showing the locations of the septic system, well and house before the board will proceed.
