Springstead representative Kal Patzer says he will step down from advisory board

Kal Patzer told members that Springstead’s site has been "pretty good" but that he will be stepping down as the Aging Advisory board representative and is actively looking for a replacement. Patzer asked members to note that there are occasional inconsistencies in meal components and serving size at the Springstead site, and staff committed to check consistency with the Mercer cook who supplies both Mercer and Springstead meals.
