The council adopted Resolution 2026-4R to select a grant management firm for pre-application, application, and implementation services for the City of Ivanhoe's Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG‑DR) program administered by the Texas General Land Office. Councilmember Tull moved approval, Councilmember Tompkins seconded, and the motion passed unanimously.
