Chair Scott Bartlett opened a continued public hearing Sept. 9 on SLPHQ LLC’s site-plan application for the Stephens Landscaping parcel on Moultonborough Neck Road. The applicants presented updated site plans and detailed stormwater, wetland and fuel-storage plans; the Board received a third-party engineering review and a Conservation Commission memorandum and heard an abutter raise boundary and noise complaints.
