Board approves form agreements for Doe Run elementary school development; sewage module cleared for DEP submission

Solicitor Mike Crotty explained three agreements that accompany a school development — a development agreement, financial security agreement and a stormwater management agreement — and the Board approved the form of those agreements for the Doe Run Elementary School project by unanimous vote. Crotty noted regulatory requirements that require developers to post security and comply with stormwater regulations.
