Mike Schneider of Pennoni updated East Fallowfield’s Board of Supervisors on Oct. 14 about a traffic-calming project in Newlinville born from the Newlinville Master Plan. Schneider described gateway medians intended to signal entry to a denser area, transverse rumble strips and pavement markings to reduce speeds and create pedestrian cues.
