Council heard an extended county update on the November transfer of adult probation responsibilities from the state to county control. The speaker said county staff had "crossed all of the t's, dotted all of the i's," but that the Department of Corrections (DOC) commissioner has not signed off on the subsidy that would accompany the transition.
