The board conducted the second reading of Ordinance 2026-0018 to rezone three parcels in Sugar Grove Township (parcels 0730300001, 0730300005, 073030006) from A-2 (Agricultural/Flood Plain/Conservation) to RE-1 (Suburban Estate). The public hearing was opened and closed; after deliberation the board approved the second reading and waived the third reading, adopting the rezoning consistent with recent subdividing in the area.
