The Dallas County Board of Supervisors on Sept. 22 formally certified the Tier 2 canvass for the Van Meter Community School District special election on a Physical Plant and Equipment property tax. Emily Reidbum of the Auditor's Office presented the final abstract showing 152 Yes votes and 150 No votes; the board adopted Resolution 2026-0117 to certify the results.
