Chair Emily Stork proposed that David Ford be reappointed to the Midwestern Higher Education Compact. "Motion: Commissioner Fitzgibbon moved to approve the proposed appointment. Motion: Commissioner Mulholland seconded the motion, which passed unanimously," the transcript notes.
