Gilbert Vasquez, Parks & Recreation Director for the City of Brownfield, presented the department's quarterly update on park maintenance, facilities, recreational programs and special events. Council Member J.C. Tijerina moved acceptance of the report and Council Member Marshall Martell seconded; the motion carried 8-0.
