The Village Board adopted a proclamation honoring the Johnson Foundation of Winsweig as the village’s organization of the year and set Sept. 11, 2025, as a day of recognition. The proclamation cited the foundation’s community partnerships, civic engagement and the hosting of events that “foster dialogue, collaboration, [and] shared sense of purpose.”
