The City of Minburn City Council voted to deny a building permit application for 531 Baker St., submitted by Robert Gilmore, after the City Attorney advised that the application was incomplete and lacked sufficient documentation. Carson Biegger moved to deny the application and Brent Robbins seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
