BVRT updates Howe council on North Wharf design, CCN transfer and I&I work
BVRT told the council that North Wharf plant design is at or nearing 90% and that CCN decertification paperwork is in administrative review; BVRT said it has financial partners committed and estimated roughly $29 million for North Wharf and $9.5 million for I&I repairs.
