Land use staff report progress on Wildfire Resiliency Code and draft renewable energy rules
Land Use Director Dixie Diltz told the Board Oct. 8 that preliminary drafts of renewable energy regulations are in progress and that coordination with the Building Department on Wildfire Resiliency Code issues is ongoing; preliminary drafts are expected by mid-October.
