Chief Financial Officer Amanda Klapperich asked the board to approve changing the county's designated contact for Homeland Security Grants to Isabel Velarde, a recently hired Grants Specialist, so Velarde can prepare and submit grant applications. Commissioner Gene Glover moved to approve the change; Commissioner Scott Deacon seconded and the motion carried.
