County Administrator William (Skip) Schoen presented a request to approve a Letter of Support for Continued Rail Freight Operations in Rio Grande County. Commissioner Scott Deacon said the board should solicit input from landowners before writing a resolution to follow the letter. Commissioner Deacon moved to approve the letter; Commissioner Gene Glover seconded and the motion carried.
