On Oct. 1, 2024, the Three Rivers City Commission approved a purchase order to Conway Shield for $70,870.82. Second District Commissioner Steven Haigh moved to approve the purchase order in that amount; First District Commissioner Pat Dane seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
