Three Rivers approves Meadowbrook Farms West Phase 4 sketch plan after short public hearing

Mayor Tom Lowry opened a public hearing at 6:30 p.m. on Oct. 1 for the Meadowbrook Farms West, Phase 4 sketch plan. Several residents spoke: Mohedeen Paleker raised traffic and safety concerns; at least one commenter expressed support for the development; and John Lovely of Westview Capital addressed traffic and the developer's intent to finish the phase. After public comment closed at 6:36 p.m., At-Large Commissioner Torrey Brown moved to conduct the public hearing and approve the sketch plan; Third District Commissioner Chris Abel seconded, and the motion carried unanimously.
