Brian Harland, assistant superintendent for business operations, and Kyle of White and Company presented an amendment to the February site plan for Lincoln Middle School that shifts a concrete walkway to allow landscaping near the building, repositions the trash/recycling enclosure and a landscape island to maintain a 24-foot drive for circulation, and converts a small grass area to a hard-surface play area. "With all that modification, the hard surface only increased by about 400 square feet," Kyle said while walking commissioners through the revised plan.
