Public Health Director Kathleen Cuddy reviewed a set of hearing and consent orders presented to the board, naming Vans Ridge Dairy, LLC (Scipio Center) and seven Fleming properties (Bergerstock-Simmons, Cuff, Janas, Lopez, Pinchak, Smith, Sylvester). Dorothy Ainsworth moved to accept the hearing and consent orders and Dr. Leah Weinberg seconded; the board voted with all members in attendance in favor.
