During the public participation portion of the Sept. 14 meeting, resident Neil addressed the board and raised three points: he said agenda items 8 and 9 were missing from the posted agenda; he suggested the district join the Community Foundation of Marin County's "Connect to a Cause" program to provide local student leadership opportunities; and he alerted the board to an address where a fire was occurring.
