Highway Superintendent Janet Thomsen presented an interlocal cooperation agreement for a grouped BUILD bridge grant application with neighboring counties, with Howard County proposed as the lead agency. The board voted to sign the agreements with Greeley, Nemaha, Otoe and Thurston Counties; the record notes Saunders County had not taken action on the agreement at that time.
