The Howard County Board of Commissioners accepted a road study prepared by Highway Superintendent Janet Thomsen finding that the study to vacate Bell Street in the Buhrman Subdivision had been completed. Commissioner Kirt Lukasiewicz moved to approve Resolution 2026-6 to establish a public hearing date of February 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. regarding the proposed vacation; the motion passed on roll call (Lukasiewicz Aye; Hirschman Aye; Urbanski Aye).
