The Atwood City Council unanimously adopted Resolution No. 2026-06 on Aug. 26, officially designating a Rural Housing Incentive District for South 7th Street. Councilman Dietrich Kastens moved to adopt the resolution and to authorize the mayor to sign it; Councilwoman Diana Tongish seconded the motion and the minutes record the action as approved by all.
