At its March 9, 2026 session the City of Center Line Board of Review voted to deny a poverty-exemption application submitted by Suma Khatun after reviewing the application packet and a poverty-calculation worksheet. The minutes record that the board found the applicant’s income to be too high based on the documentation supplied and that the motion to deny passed with all three members voting AYE.
