Capital projects staff described an exterior vestibule project for the White Plains courthouse to enclose the center entrance and add sliding doors to improve ADA access and reduce lobby air exchanges; the preliminary design is in hand and staff estimated about nine months of construction. "We're basically just adding, glass windows on either side, and that's how we're gonna create the vest," the presenter said when describing the vestibule concept.
