Board members heard a detailed presentation on the Navigation (Nav) Center model and its role in Lane County's homelessness system. A program presenter said the Nav Center prioritizes referrals from the centralized wait list and case conferencing and aims to stabilize people so they can move to permanent supportive housing, rapid rehousing or long-term rent assistance.
