Committee approves survey and preliminary design agreement for County Highway T

The Orchard County Highway Committee approved a survey and preliminary design agreement for a scheduled reconditioning and resurfacing of County Highway T. An RFP process rated the top consultant with a cost "over $84,000," and the committee selected the next-ranked firm, Trevor and Associates, for a lower-cost scope.
