The Planning Commission approved RP26‑19, first replat of Fair Park Addition Block 7, allowing two lots to be subdivided into three (about 0.4 acres) in the Lakeview neighborhood (SMD 2). Austin Reed explained the request and said staff conditions require extension of water and sewer mains through the property and sidewalks along Goliad Street because the site is near an elementary school.
