The court moved and unanimously approved Proclamation P‑08‑2026 recognizing Aransas County’s sesquicentennial and the creation of an official time capsule. A county representative who read the proclamation described past events, sponsor partners and the time capsule’s plaque; the judge and commissioners accepted the key and participated in a brief photo ceremony.
