Joint Budget Committee refers several bills and C-items with special language to packages
The chair announced referral of Senate Bills 63, 67 and 73 and House Bills 1089, 1090 and 1093 to special language; staff read C1–C3 amendments (by Senator Irvin and Senator Johnson) that contain special language for agencies including Department of Health, Treasurer's Office and the State Board of Election Commission.

The chair told members that several bills not on the report would be included in members' packages and referred to special language: "Those are Senate Bill 63, 67, and Senate Bill 73. And then we have House Bill 1089, 1090, and House Bill 1093," the chair said.
