Local board approves variance to reduce rear setback for deck and pool

The Board of Zoning Adjustments approved a variance to reduce rear setback requirements on a roughly 0.25-acre lot at or near 958 (applicant Karen Jo Keller) to allow construction of a concrete deck and an in-ground pool; staff recommended approval with conditions that restoration of any disturbed easement be the owner's responsibility and that the approval apply only to the pool shown on the plan.
