Staff reports steady progress across major water and sewer construction projects
Engineering staff reported progress on multiple capital projects — including Albright Road, WWTF filtration improvements, Fitzgerald Mountain sewer expansion, West Side water lines and Johnson Lift Station upgrades — and noted the Nob Hill Water project is essentially complete.

C.O.O. Rick Pulvirenti provided a broad update on construction projects across the utility. He said all Highway Department projects are moving forward and highlighted: the Albright Road Water Extension (progressing but possibly delayed), WWTF Filtration Improvement (pre‑construction activities underway), Fitzgerald Mountain Sewer Expansion Phase 1 survey complete and easement acquisition in process, and the Nob Hill Water project essentially complete.
