The commission authorized Executive Director Heath Ward to sign a memorandum of understanding with the City of Tontitown concerning the proposed Brush Creek interceptor alignment that extends into Springdale Water’s service area. C.O.O. Rick Pulvirenti said the alignment follows the natural topography and the drafted MOU states that Tontitown will not provide service to Springdale Water customers within the affected area.
