Administrator Phil Dorenkamp told the Las Animas County Board of County Commissioners that pursuing the EIAF grant for road paving could require deferring other projects at the county Fairgrounds until a future grant cycle. He presented the board with a $2,050,000 project plan focused on two rural road segments and described a funding mix that leans on DOLA and Road & Bridge contributions.
